Good afternoon, my darling students!!!

Nossa 2ª. Atividade do 2º. Bimestre,  será  um texto sobre  Trabalho Voluntário no Brasil.

NÃO é necessário copiar  este texto no Caderno.  Apenas COPIE E RESPONDA   as perguntas  referentes a ele.

Esta  foi a nossa última matéria dada antes da suspensão. Então você deve consultar a tradução no seu caderno   e responder  com LETRA LEGÍVEL em Português ou em Inglês (do jeito que você achar melhor).

Se precisar use um Dicionário ou o Google Tradutor.

Esta  Atividade será postada também no GOOGLE  CLASSROOM.

O Aluno que tiver dificuldade de mandar e-mail, pode mandar esta Atividade pelo Google Classroom.

                                   VOLUNTEERS  PROJECTS  IN  BRAZIL

There are many opportunities for volunteers work in Brazil. Have a look at these projects:

Children’s Hospitals: Volunteers can work at hospitals that assist poor children with all kinds of diseases. They can help at the kitchen, and  even  play with children at the physical therapy room; they  can also work at the playroom in the pediatric area, play or do arts and crafts with children.

Support  Houses: Many hospitals have support houses that accommodate children and teenagers under treatment. Since time passes slowly for them, they like to play with volunteers in activities such as: chess, dominoes, bingo, music and arts.

Childcare and Recreation: Volunteers can work at preschools with children from underprivileged families in different cities in Brazil. The preschools admit children aged 1 to 6 years old.  The volunteers can take part in the classroom lessons and in different activities, such as art projects, games, play time, and outdoor recreation. Giving attention and affection to the children is an essential part of work.

English  Classes: Volunteers can teach  conversational English lessons for the community for an hour each day.
